One of Marilynne's sons, Jeremy Prupas, is Chief Veterinarian of Los Angeles Animal Services.
Marilynne learned about the MRHS Class of 1964 website on the evening of February 7, 2009, and called the next morning to say that she had so much enjoyed learning about what MRHS classmates were doing that she had stayed up to 3 a.m. reading everything on the site.
