Michael Boulton
I went to Algonquin Elementary School from its beginning until grade 6. I then went to Selwyn House School for about two years because my parents felt that I was too distracted by young women. (It was partially true.) But I was not successful there as I had a lot of emotional issues with my mother.
I went to MRHS for grades 8 & 9. While there, I was a member of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, 21 Squadron, based at MRHS. Then I went to Stanstead College to finish my high school.
I graduated from Stanstead in 1966 and joined the RCAF in September 1966 to become a Radar Systems Technician. In 1973 I left the Armed Forces to go to the University of Manitoba. I graduated with a B.A. and became a Social Worker. I burned out in 1978 and went to the UK, where I got post graduate qualifications in Social Work, Counselling and Hypnotherapy (Dip ASS (CQSW) ACE, Dip HP). I worked in community teams, hospitals psychiatric hospitals, and hospices. I latterly specialised in persons with cognitive impairments, head injuries, learning difficulty, and dementias who were a danger to themselves and others. Again in 2004, I burned out seriously and returned to Canada to live in BC. As a result of my years in the UK, I speak with a little bit of a generic English accent.
My wife's name is Sharon "Maxine" Anderson. We met on the internet. Maxine hails from Prince George, BC. We got married in Sept 2003 in Mazatlan Mexico. She was employed by BC Hydro in Human Resources.
We now live part time in Canada and Mexico. My contact info in Mexico is:
